Karla Blair

Senior National Account Manager

Southwest Airlines

Karla Blair is a Senior National Account Manager for Southwest Airlines, based in St. Louis. Her extensive travel-industry experience began in airline accounting before she transitioned to corporate sales, where she has spent most of her career in analyst and account management roles. By combining a strong foundation in hospitality with a talent for translating data into meaningful insights, Karla has built lasting partnerships and become a trusted advisor to her customers.

 Throughout her career, Karla has focused on understanding each customer’s unique goals and developing thoughtful, collaborative solutions that deliver lasting value. She believes the strongest partnerships are grounded in genuine hospitality, trust, and a shared commitment to success—values that closely align with the GBTA STL Chapter’s mission to provide education, foster industry connections, and build meaningful professional relationships. Karla actively promotes the chapter by encouraging her customers to attend GBTA STL events and explore the professional development and networking opportunities that the membership offers.

Outside of work, Karla enjoys spending time with family, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and exploring new destinations. She also finds life balance and creative inspiration through running and taking on new projects with her Cricut.
